Phone Walkthrough
Call (843) 892-8051 and we ask the right questions: how big is the lot, is there marsh or standing water, do you have a pool, when do the bites hit worst. That takes five minutes and tells us whether you need a standard barrier spray or a heavier fogger pass. We quote a price range on that call, not after a sales visit.

On-Site Inspection
A licensed applicator walks the property with an inspection flashlight, checking gutters, drain lines, tarps, plant saucers, irrigation boxes and shaded fence lines. We map every breeding site and mark the resting zones. The inspection takes 20 to 30 minutes on a typical quarter-acre lot in Beaufort County.
03
First Treatment
We apply a residual barrier spray to resting surfaces with power sprayers, then treat standing water with insect growth regulators. If pressure is heavy, we run a mosquito fogger through the shrub line for an immediate knockdown. The first visit runs 45 to 75 minutes depending on lot size and vegetation.

Re-Treatment Cycle
We return every 21 to 30 days through the warm season, which is what keeps the barrier working in Lowcountry humidity. Each visit takes 20 to 40 minutes. If rain washes the product off within 24 hours, we come back and re-treat at no charge. You get a text before each visit.

Season-End Review
In late fall we walk the yard with you and flag anything that will hold water over winter, from clogged gutters to that tarp behind the shed. We tell you honestly whether you need to continue through the cooler months or can pause until spring. No auto-renewal trap.
